Paul Vanouse

Paul Vanouse is one of a kind. Exploring and studying a realm that is so different than art. (Although one can say art can be related to anything) With his extensive practice in biology and sciences, he merges the two worlds brilliantly. The most intriguing factor to me is his centralized theme: race and identity. This concept is so brilliantly displayed as he deconstructs the science/biology to explore this concept. I find this merge of medium and discovery of concept to be fascinating.
